Will

A will is a legal document that outlines a person’s wishes regarding the distribution of their assets and the care of any minor children after their death. The person who creates the will is known as the testator. A will can specify how property, money, and other assets are to be distributed among heirs or beneficiaries. It can also appoint a guardian for minor children and name an executor to manage the estate and carry out the terms of the will.
