- Online Payment: If you have paid online, enter the Receipt Number. You must also email the receipt to LTBpayments@ontario.ca as proof of payment.

Important Information to Note
- The LTB records hearings digitally using the WAV file format. Ensure you have access to a computer with a sound card and appropriate software (e.g., Windows Media Player) to play the WAV file format.
- After submitting the form along with the payment, expect to receive the hearing recording within two weeks, though it may take longer in some cases. If the hearing was not recorded, your payment will be returned or refunded.
