Chattels

“Chattels” refer to movable personal property that is not affixed to land or a building. Unlike real property, which includes land, and anything permanently attached to it (like buildings), chattels are tangible items that can be physically moved. Examples of chattels include furniture, vehicles, electronics, jewelry, and livestock.
