Monthly Tenancy

A monthly tenancy, also known as a month-to-month tenancy, is a type of rental agreement where the tenant rents the property from the landlord on a monthly basis, rather than being bound by a long-term lease, such as a one-year lease. This arrangement automatically renews each month unless either the tenant or the landlord gives notice to terminate the tenancy.
